*Energy Rating Assessment
SAP (Standard Assessment Procedure) is an easy and simple method of measuring the overall energy efficiency of a property. It is the government's recommended system and is related to the annual energy cost for space and water heating, assuming a standard occupancy.The report will indicate how the rating can be improved to maximise efficiency and minimise running costs + C02 emissions.
